About this opportunity
We are now looking for a software developer to join the Ericsson Radio Development unit working on delivery of next generation radio products. Your role will include all aspects of new feature development: systemization, design, coding, testing and trouble-shooting of radio software to build new capabilities and satisfy customer needs. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We coordinate in cross functional development teams with systems, software and hardware combining efforts to deliver world class radio products. Continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
What you will do
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
Develop code for both production and unit test software in an embedded SW environment; and integrate SW and HW together.
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
You will bring
B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Have 2 to 10 years of relevant development experience.
Strong object-oriented programming skills and relevant experience (C++ an asset)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of hardware building blocks an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting, and responding to change
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
History of delivering results and meeting customer expectations
